My journey with yoga and meditation began way back in 2000. Fast forward to 2009, I earned my 200+ hour Yoga Teacher certification. Since then, I've been spreading the yoga love by teaching a variety of classes, including Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yin Yoga.Â
