Hot Yoga
A class for those looking for an active and challenging approach to yoga - expect to sweat! It is a combination of postures, pranayam (breathing) in a heated room. It strengthens the physical body and nervous system while also helping to achieve flexibility, rehabilitate injuries, detoxification, increase concentration
and peace of mind. Be sure to hydrate well before, during and after class!
Open to all adults, beginners welcome!
